The Spurs still own the Suns

Now I didn't get to watch this game in the traditional sense. I was sitting in a tiny living room with Becky's family at pic-nic tables eating something called "24 hour salad." There was an enormous TV behind me but it was turned off so that the host could tell us about this new business venture he had invested in, homes made from sand and cement in Arizona. Now I like Star Wars more than the average guy but I never looked at Luke Skywalker's home on Tatooine and said, "Sign me up."

But I digress.

Tyler was gracious enough to send me text messages throughout the game. But I really didn't need the text messages in order to tell you what happens when the Suns play the Spurs.

Let's see:

The Suns start really well. Fired up! and impressive.

The Spurs make small runs and get back into the game because we can't stop parker or ginoboli.

Then just as we seem like we are going to win, we are inexplicably defeated at the hands of a roll player. This roll player will either hit a three or throw our MVP into the scorers table.

Am I close?

I hate the Spurs.
