I have to say that I have always been a big fan of Orlando Hudson and will really be sad to see him go. That being said, the signing of Felipe Lopez this week will take some of the sting away. I have consistently been impressed with him and I am happy that he won't be hitting against us anymore. He spent part of the year with St. Louis, batting .385 with four home runs and 21 RBIs in just 43 games. I am going to go ahead and say it was a smart move but there is still a lot in the air with this team.
Who will be the closer?
Who will be the 5th starter?
Will Randy be back?
Will Byrnes be any good next year?
The best news of the off-season is that C.C. did not end up on the west coast, now if only someone would over pay for Man-Ram and get him out of LA. Here's hoping.
We should overpay Man-Ram, it would be win-win I think, We should just cut our other 8 players, we would still get three runs a game...
