Interesting news coming out of the schedule makers office. The rising Arizona Wildcat Football team has been asked to finish the season on National TV at the Coliseum in Los Angeles. The game will pay the cats a substantial amount of money and vault them in terms of status. Apparently UCLA and ASU are worthless rivals and the TV gods would like to see another defensive nail-biter between the Cats and the Trojans. The Cats have statistically played USC the closest of all the Pac-10 schools during the Carroll era but I worry about the national spotlight.
Do you think the Cats will overlook the ASU game if they have the Trojans looming?
This move makes financial sense but I'm not sure our program is ready for it.
