Sad Day for AZ Personnel

I was in the car alot today as I had Becky's car serviced and we drove to Bak-o for her Grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. The good news from all this traveling is that Del Taco has something called Jalapeno Rings. Which are a cross between onion rings and jalapeno poppers (delicious). The bad news was that I listened to a lot of sports talk radio. Among the things I learned, the Cards have dropped their price on Anquan and the dbacks have shut down Webb because of soreness in his arm.

I really can't imagine a scenario that the Cards could produce that would justify losing Boldin. I feel like losing him would be the first step to becoming another Superbowl loser that struggles the following year.

As far as Webb, I hate the uncertainity of not having him but our starting pitchers have been good on the whole.

In both situations we lose a star despite having an equally talented star in the wings (Haren/Fitz) so which loss is worse?

  1. boldin can have more of an impact on the game as a whole where webb is only good for defense so i would have to say boldin is more important because the cardinals are closer to winning it all but who knows both suck.
