Harden went before Hill and Pendergraph went before Budinger. I never thought I would see the day that Sun Devils went before Wildcats in the NBA draft. I was particularly surprised to see how far Budinger fell in the draft. Does anyone think that if he would have stayed for his Senior season that he could have been taken in the lottery round?
Chase fell very far in a very weak draft. I think staying another year would cement his legacy as a Wildcat, but to improve his draft stock is a bit farfetched. His stock wasn't hurt by his Junior campaign, his stock was hampered by his weak showings and performances at the NBA Draft Camps and combines.
ReplyDeleteIt was often said he played soft, shyed from contact and would rather should jumpers all day than play a competitive game.
