Wildcat Basketball Off-Season Report

ESPN is doing an off-season report on the top college basketball programs, so of course they began with the University of Arizona (home of 25 straight tourney appearances). Most of their discussion focused on the excellent recruiting class and Miller's focus on defense. They argue that Miller's recruits are more likely to blossom as upper classmen and that next year will be a transitional season. The most surprising claim in the article was that the Cats will need to rely on Jamelle Horne more than ever before. This nearly gave me a heart attack. They say that he has been working with a renowned strength and conditioning coach. Unless this coach is strengthening his mind I don't have much faith that we will be wearing Horne jersey's next year.
